About Service Area Management (SAM) and the SAM Training (SAMT)
To enable volunteers to more easily access and enjoy participation opportunities, the Service Area Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing the service platform to ensure that it is in sync with Maharaji’s vision.

SAMT is a 6-day training that provides guidelines, tools and processes for eventual use in the SAM role. The next SAMT in North America is being planned.

Minimum Skills and Requirements

This opportunity is for those who have received the techniques of Knowledge as  taught by Maharaji

  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented person with excellent organizational skills
  • High standards of integrity

Logistical Information

  • The SAM role is done on a volunteer basis
  • The Training is at the candidate's expense
  • Minimum estimated time to perform the role is 5 hours per week
  • 6-month tenure - role renewable pending a successful recertification
